You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything here. Please don't copy the site's design, copy, or images for your own use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our Services

This site describes the website design, local SEO, and marketing automation services we offer. Prices listed here are starting points, not quotes. Every project begins with a conversation and is covered by its own written proposal or agreement, which spells out the scope, price, and timeline for that specific job. If anything in a signed agreement differs from what's on this site, the agreement wins.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Hat and Glasses Media sends text messages to people who ask to hear from us. Here's how that works:

• How you opt in: by checking the consent box when you book a call through our scheduling page, or by calling or texting our business line first. If we miss your call, we may text you back so you don't have to wait on hold or play phone tag.
• What we send: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the services you asked about.
• How often: message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more messages unless you opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email eric@hatandglasses.media.
• No purchase required: agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
• Carriers: mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

Results

We build every site and system to bring in more of the clients you want, and we work hard to get you there. That said, nobody can honestly promise a specific search ranking, number of leads, or amount of revenue, because so much depends on your market, your competition, and the search engines themselves. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results.

Content & Ownership

The design, copy, graphics, and logo on this site belong to Hat and Glasses Media unless noted otherwise. Portfolio examples are shown to demonstrate our work. Ownership of the websites we build for clients is covered in each client's own agreement.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site links to outside services, like our scheduling page, and those services run under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hat and Glasses Media isn't liable for any damages that come from using, or being unable to use, this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
