Hat and Glasses Media, LLC ("Hat and Glasses Media," "we," "us") operates hatandglasses.media. This policy explains what information this website collects from visitors, how it's used, and the third-party services this site relies on. It covers hatandglasses.media itself, not the separate scheduling page you reach after clicking "Book a Call," which is operated by our automation platform under its own privacy terms.

Information We Collect

This site itself has no contact form and doesn't ask you to enter anything. There are two ways information reaches us:

• If you click "Book a Call" or "Book a Free Audit," you're taken to a scheduling page hosted on our marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel, at links.hatandglasses.media), where you can choose to provide your name, email, phone number, and appointment details to book time with us.
• If you email us directly at eric@hatandglasses.media, we receive whatever you send in that message.

How We Use It

We use booking and email information to respond to you, schedule and follow up on calls, and provide the services you've asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, either by checking the consent box when you book a call or by calling or texting our business line first, we use that number to reply to your inquiry, confirm and remind you about appointments, and follow up on the services you asked about. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

• Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• The only outside service that handles your number is the messaging platform that sends our texts (see Third-Party Services below), and only so it can deliver messages on our behalf.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email eric@hatandglasses.media to opt out or ask a question.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, like which pages get viewed and roughly where traffic comes from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. We use that data in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you, and we don't run advertising pixels. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. The site also stores a small flag (via sessionStorage) that remembers you've already seen the loading animation once, so it doesn't replay every time you move between pages in the same visit. It holds no personal information and clears itself when you close the tab.

Third-Party Services

A handful of outside services help run this site. Loading any web page causes some technical information (like your IP address and browser type) to reach the services below, under their own privacy policies. Our fonts and images are hosted on our own server.

• SiteGround: hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
• Google Analytics: measures site traffic and usage, as described above. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• GoHighLevel: powers our booking widget, linked to from this site but hosted separately, as described above, and sends our text messages.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep booking and email information only as long as it's useful for the reason you gave it to us. To ask what we have on file, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, email eric@hatandglasses.media and we'll handle it directly and promptly.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and decision-makers, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
